The shelter is up! Due to a fantastic effort by a great crew it was all finished in just one day.

With the long weekend coming up we have another trail build planned.
The route is pretty much straight off the Master Plan – utilising the narrow 10-20m wide strip of flood free land between the central fire road and the main drainage line (swamp). It is highlighted in yellow in the map below.
On closer inspection we were really surprised at how much irregular shape and form existed in this tiny narrow corridor that should make this trail a lot of fun to ride – with lots of pumpy sections and even a big natural ramp in one spot that’s begging to be shaped up and launched off if you can hit it at speed.

We look forward to seeing you at the trail head at 2pm this Saturday, if you are able to make it.
If you haven’t been along for a while – please remember to wear protective clothing including gloves and sturdy boots and bring a bottle or two of water.
The tools in most demand this Saturday will be mattocks, hoes and loppers if you have them. Otherwise just bring along a smile and your favourite shovel.
