The volunteer members of the CTCA will be making every effort to keep the Victory Heights trails open to the community for the obvious benefits of healthy outdoor recreation. All usage of the facility however must be in compliance with the recommendations and regulations of the Federal, State and Local government authorities. Please expect that conditions of entry may change in line with any decisions made by the above government bodies.
